"Saddam était un dictateur, un oppresseur et un criminel. Mais il a aussi travaillé à préserver l'unité de son pays", a-t-il estimé. "Il aurait pu bénéficier d'un procès juste et il aurait pu être pendu, mais pas de cette manière."
